Our kitchen is headed up by renowned chef, Ronnie Murray. Ronnie’s focus is on using the best seasonal ingredients and building delicious dishes around those. ‘I like to make the ingredients the star,’ he says. ‘I love to showcase fantastic meat, fish and vegetables. We’ve got so much fantastic produce in Britain, let’s look on our doorstep before we go further.’
Ronnie joins us after a career spent working in many of London’s top restaurants, including J Sheekey, The Ivy and Scott’s of Mayfair, where he was on the launch team. Ronnie previously spent seven years as Executive Group Chef for Hix Restaurants, looking after everything from daily changing restaurant menus to intimate dinners and festival catering.
