On May 15th we will be hosting our second Supper Club hosted at Six Storeys on Soho, focusing on making one key ingredient the star of the show. At the helm is Executive Head Chef, Ronnie Murray.
Ronnie joins Six Storeys on Soho (a Camm & Hooper venue) following a successful career working in many of London’s top restaurants including J Sheekey, The Ivy, Scott’s of Mayfair and Hix Restaurants. Ronnie’s focus is on using the best seasonal ingredients and building delicious dishes around those. ‘I like to make the ingredients the star,’ he says. ‘I love to showcase fantastic meat, fish and vegetables. We’ve got so much fantastic produce in Britain, let’s look on our doorstep before we go further.’
Ronnie will produce 6 lovingly prepared dishes using local asparagus which will be expertly paired with 5 in-house infused cocktails by one of our renowned Booze Engineers.
Hosted on an exclusive floor at our stunning townhouse overlooking Soho square, this is guaranteed to be a night to remember.
