Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Banana slices and a cherry for garnish

  • Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the ripe banana, coconut cream, white rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Add Ice: Toss in a handful of ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is frothy and thick.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add a little more honey or adjust the lime juice for more tang.
