Coleslaw Recipe

- 1 medium head green cabbage shredded
- 2 large carrots grated
- 3 green onions sliced (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Shred cabbage and grate carrots. Place in large bowl.
In separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Give it a good stir before serving and enjoy!
