Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head green cabbage shredded
  • 2 large carrots grated
  • 3 green onions sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Shred cabbage and grate carrots. Place in large bowl.
  • In separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over vegetables and toss thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Give it a good stir before serving and enjoy!
