Congo Punch

A bold and refreshing cocktail bursting with tropical flavors, the Congo Punch is a perfect blend of fruity sweetness and zesty undertones. Ideal for any celebration, this vibrant drink brings a taste of the tropics to every sip.

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz apple liqueur
  • 1 oz melon liqueur
  • 1 oz Ciroc Red Berry vodka
  • Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush to top
  • Splash lemon-lime soda
  • Kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Glass:

  • Chill a highball or cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Let it sit while you prepare the ingredients.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a shaker, combine the apple liqueur, melon liqueur, and Ciroc Red Berry vodka.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Pour the Base:

  • Discard the ice water from the chilled glass.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Top with Punch:

  • Slowly pour Hawaiian green berry punch into the glass until it’s almost full, leaving a little room at the top.

Add the Final Touch:

  • Add a splash of 7up on top to give the drink a refreshing fizz.

Garnish:

  • Slice a kiwi and add it to the rim of the glass for garnish.
