  • 2 oz Kiwi Puree made from blended fresh kiwis
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Vodka optional for an alcoholic version
  • Pomegranate Arils for garnish
  • Coconut Shavings for Rim

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Glass: Rim a cocktail glass with coconut shavings for a tropical and festive look.
  • Blend the Kiwi: Puree fresh kiwis in a blender until smooth. Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
