  • 1 oz Toasted vanilla syrup you can make this at home or buy it
  • ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz Ginger beer
  • 2-3 Dashes of bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wheel for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

  • Prepare your glass: Start by filling a highball glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the rest of the cocktail.
